- Real Estate Development · Audit & System Design: One blueprint. From land to long-term holdings.
We mapped a lean developer’s business into one plan: find land, build, sell, and manage holdings.
- Real Estate Sales · Database Reactivation: Cold leads turned to $9 million in property transactions.
A real estate team had 26,000 leads. We narrowed the database to 1,921 contacts that had been cold for at least six months, then tested automated SMS outreach with about 500. The test reopened 98 real conversations and uncovered 23 interested prospects, including 5 active buyers representing $9 million in property value. One buyer was pursuing a $6.6 million home. The system was then rolled out to the remaining eligible leads as an ongoing reactivation program.
- Financial Services · Lead Reactivation: 319 lost leads turned into about $49,000 in closed sales.
A debt consolidation company was spending about $25,000 each month on paid leads its sales team could not reach. We moved a test batch of 319 stale leads into an AI-assisted SMS system. It reopened 120 conversations, qualified 87 prospects, and created 75 booked appointments or immediate callback requests. Fourteen closed deals produced an estimated $49,000 in sales, based on deal values of $3,000 to $4,000.
- Real Estate · Underwriting: A full underwriting ecosystem.
A private equity firm expanding into a new market faced a familiar constraint: hiring a data processor, underwriter, and additional analysts for a single geography doesn't scale. Instead of growing headcount, we deployed an AI-powered underwriting pipeline on top of the existing team — enabling them to 10x deal throughput without a single new hire.
- Digital Manufacturing · Intelligent Quoting: From days to hours. From hours to revenue.
A digital manufacturing company processing CNC production jobs — brake housings, bevel gears, custom components — was bottlenecked at the quoting stage. Every inbound request required manual review of CAD drawings, material analysis, and production planning before a quote could go out. The result: days of turnaround, lost deals to faster competitors, and a quoting team buried in repetitive analysis. We deployed an AI-powered quoting engine that monitors CAD files, analyzes material specifications and production requirements, and generates accurate quotes in hours instead of days.
- Enterprise Intelligence · Unified Knowledge Base: The organization's single brain.
Every department generates data. Almost none of it talks to the rest. Operations doesn't see what finance knows. Sales doesn't see what product is building. Customer service resolves issues that marketing is actively promoting. We built a unified intelligence layer — a single brain that ingests context from every department and makes it available to every decision, in real time, across the entire organization.
- Healthcare · Agent Ecosystem: Seven agents. One operator. A full healthcare platform.
Olive Health needed a comprehensive resource for individuals and families navigating terminal illness — treatment center databases, research aggregation, educational content, and organic acquisition. Instead of hiring across six roles, we deployed seven AI agents that research, build, optimize, and publish autonomously.
- Executive Operations · Chief of Staff: From copy-and-paster to operator.
Kim runs her own business, supports her husband's business, manages a household, and cultivates a community. Everything lived in Notion, Google, and ChatGPT — disconnected, manual, and scattered. We built her a unified AI-powered operating system: a digital chief of staff that orchestrates her multi-faceted life from a single place.
- Consumer App · Content Engine: Content at scale, every single day.
We built an end-to-end content production system that creates, publishes, and self-optimizes — daily, across platforms, without manual intervention. The system doesn't just produce content. It learns what performs, adjusts targeting by demographic and ICP, and compounds output over time.
- Membership Community · Platform Consolidation: Four tools collapsed into one OS.
A 350-member community was being managed across Airtable, Notion, Luma, Gmail, and more — scattered, duplicated, and impossible to scale. We built a single unified database that serves as both the member-facing front end and the operational backend for the team running it.
- AI Workforce Augmentation · Enterprise Collaboration: The Archer Agent Ecosystem.
Four purpose-built AI agents were deployed directly into an organization's existing Slack infrastructure — integrated alongside human team members with zero workflow disruption. Each agent carries a defined operational mandate, executes autonomously around the clock, and reports through the same communication channels the team already relies on. The architecture was designed around the organization's current operating model, not a replacement of it.
- Regenerative Agriculture · AI-Enabled Operations: Let the farmers farm.
A 500-acre operation converted from Monsanto commodity crop to a fully regenerative farm — zero pesticides, zero fertilizers, zero antibiotics. Grass-fed, grass-finished cattle raised the way nature intended. The problem wasn't the farming. It was everything around it: the website, the brand, the e-commerce platform, the direct-to-consumer logistics. We deployed AI agents to handle the business side so the operators could stay where they belong — on the land.
