Inside SterlingAI
175 past customers. One simple campaign.
Some really cool things happening inside SterlingAI right now.
We recently helped a marina and yacht brokerage reconnect with 175 past customers about winter storage and maintenance.
People who had already done business with them. Sitting right there in their database.
We used SMS and email to get the conversation going again.
Within 24 hours:
- 12 winter-storage signups.
- Approximately $12,000 in deposits.
- 15 service and maintenance agreements, worth an estimated $15,000.
And these were relationships the business already had.
In another marine project, our AI sales concierge reengaged more than 27 boat-show leads that were about to go cold. Got them back into conversations with the salespeople.
More opportunities for the team to work with.
This is why I’m excited about putting AI inside a business. There’s so much we can do with the customers, conversations, and information already there.
Here’s where I’d start in your company:
- Pull a small list. Past customers. Unanswered quotes. People who said “not right now.” Pick one group.
- Give them a reason to hear from you. Something relevant to what they bought, asked about, or need next. (Winter storage was ours.)
- Get the right person involved when they reply. Make sure someone on your team owns that conversation.
- Track what happens. Conversations, appointments, agreements, money collected. See what’s working before you expand.
You can start with one offer and one part of the business.
And build from there.
Helping businesses grow while taking better care of the relationships they already have. That’s work I love getting to do.
Sending blessings,
Allen
