Your attention is your life
A notification. An inbox. A running list of things other people need from you. It is easy to begin the day already reacting.
Morning Check-in creates a little space before all of that. Space to notice the good, reconnect with your direction, and decide what deserves your energy.
You do not need a perfect morning. Just a moment that belongs to you.
One practice. Three simple parts.
Each prompt has a “why.” That is where a list becomes something personal.
Grateful for
Name three things you’re grateful for and why. Give your attention to what is already here.
My goals
Reconnect with three goals and the reasons behind them. Make room for the life you want to build.
Today
Choose three things to do today and why they matter. Bring your attention back to what you can act on.
Your relationships. Your health. Your work. Your sense of purpose.
There is room for your whole life here.
Built around a real daily ritual
This began as a private daily check-in that saved reflections to Obsidian. We’re turning that simple practice into a tool you can open from your phone or computer.
Planned for the public launch
A personal account, saved entries, and a history you can return to.
An optional email at the time that works for you.
Downloadable notes, with an export designed for Obsidian.
Open your browser, follow the prompts, and begin.

A few things to know
The public app is coming soon. You can see an example of the practice here and join the launch list. Accounts, payments, cloud storage, and email reminders are being prepared. We are not accepting payments yet, and a launch date has not been set.
Set aside a few quiet minutes. There are three sections: gratitude, goals, and today. Each gives you space for three entries and a reason why. A sentence is enough to get started; take longer when you want to.
The planned $37 option is a single payment for one person’s access to the core Morning Check-in product for as long as the service is operated. There is no recurring subscription for that plan. Final purchase terms will be available before checkout opens.
No. The original private tool saves reflections as Markdown notes in Obsidian. The public version is being designed to work in your browser, with an Obsidian-compatible export planned for people who want to keep their own copy.
Start again whenever you are ready. The practice is an invitation to return to yourself. There is no perfect streak to protect.
Private accounts and storage are requirements for the public app before it launches. The launch form asks for your email; this page does not collect journal entries. We will explain storage, export, and deletion clearly before you use the paid product.
Morning Check-in is a self-guided reflection tool. It is designed to help you pause, notice your priorities, and choose how to begin your day. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, or a guaranteed change in mood.
